Cat Punch

Love that Cat!
This card helped me use a lot of retired product! I hope you don't mind.
I know that there are beautiful new papers in the Holiday catalog.
I just can't keep buying it just because it is so cute/pretty.
I have so much paper here that is also cute/pretty.
I found a small pack of the Wild Wasbi card stock and it went well on this card.
The cat, bat, and web use lots of the tiny scraps.
The cat is only a partial cat. You don't have to have a whole cat that nobody can see!
Even the letters use scrap.
The background piece is very nice and there are new patterns in the catalog but you won't find this pattern available anymore.
You can sponge this card stock to make it any color you choose.
Even the pumpkin is a retired color. I don't even know what color it is! It was a pack of 12 X 12 that I had from a long time ago.
I like that it makes the pumpkin fit in by not being so bright.

This plain and simple card could be a masculine one for birthday, retirement, or any special day.
I am happy with the way it turned out and decided to quit while I was ahead.
There were a few other stamps that were headed for the card stock but I restrained myself!
Do you think it needs something else?

There are still a few other ideas that want to turn into cards for the Sept Stamp Along.
I think we need another Christmas one for sure.
Thanks, in advance, for the comments!

  1. I am partial to Halloween cards as Halloween is my favorite for card making. Nice job.

  3. Maybe there should be a cat on the chair? A giant cat to be sure.
