Dress Form and Wedding

We have a new addition to our family! Yesterday our daughter married Nathan.

I used this very special occasion to use the Dress Form Pop 'n Cuts die to make their card.
With the help of the video and template from Karen Burniston I made the card double wide.
The cake on the front was inspired by Connie Stewart.
What do you think?

I will be doing the single version of the card in a class at the Sayner Stampede next weekend.

Stop by soon and see that one.

Spotlight Swallowtail

Two for One

This is the card we made at the workshop I did today and they loved it.
Wouldn't you like to get two for the work of one?
It is the spotlight technique and is done with three of the same image.
If you are interested in learning this technique let me know.
I plan to do some technique classes this summer at the Manitowoc Market.

Elegant Swallowtail

Love this Butterfly!

This is one of the selections for the Stamp Along at Festival Foods on April 25, 2013.
There are so many things that you can do with this elegant stamp!
It can be used for almost any occasion.
The technique used on this one is vellum embossing and a faux split negative.
