Happy Halloween!

Just a note to wish you a Happy Halloween!

I am busy working on the cards for the November Stamp Along.
I have to have them all ready before I leave for On Stage in Florida!
I hope to get lots of new ideas for you while I am there checking out the new products in the Occasions Catalog. We will also be seeing the SAB sets that will be available in January!
I will return home on Sunday and head for the Stamp Along on Monday.
If I am a little more "out of it" than usual, you will know why.
I plan to bring the swap cards that I get while there if I remember to pack them near the top.

I have been "under the weather" for the last two weeks with the worst cold that I have had in years.
I am feeling pretty good tonight, thus the post.
When I don't feel well, I don't think of computer posts. Those are not near the top of my list.
I would much rather be creating the cards for you to make at the Stamp Along.

I did need to come to the computer to start the order for the SA, so, while I was here, I thought I would send this on and wish you a Happy Halloween.

I can also give you the Hostess Code just in case you need to place an order (for your treat) before the next SA.

Thank you to all that use the hostess code when ordering on line!
I appreciate you so much!

More Stamp Along cards

Sorry I'm late with these!
Oops. Time slipped away.
This is a little more labor intense but someone asked me to do one like the one shown on page 26 in the Holiday catalog. I think I came close.
What do you think?

I have used the DPS that was a free gift last month for the Party order.
This is an example of using DSP so both sides can be appreciated.
Even though you can't purchase it, I would rather share it with you than have it sit here, unused.

Another Halloween or just for cat lovers card.
I didn't put a greeting on it so you can use it for any occasion!

This one is a return one also.
It uses part of the die used on the cat card. This die has very many possibilities.

Thanks for taking the time to look.
Again, I am sorry I am late with these.
I hope that we will be stamping together tomorrow at the Library!

Fall and Christmas cards

This is a shaker card.
Yours will look better because I have the Stamparatus for you to use to get your tree stamped in the right spot. You see how far off mine is stamped. That is what happens when I don't take the time to do it right the first time!
It is a really cool card that uses the edge dimensionals so you don't have to piece the frame.
Come and try it out.

This one uses the trees that have been "growing" in my stamp room since I used the frames from them for another project. I have been saving them for just the right project. This is it!
The flocked vellum has also been waiting for this one.

The "Noel" card is returning from last time. It is done with the bleach technique.
This technique requires a test sample as every kind/color of card stock reacts differently with the bleach. The Blueberry Bushel produced a very pretty green after the bleach was applied.

Quick and easy! This is it.
Emboss, sponge, and add a bow.

If you have never tried the Paper Pumpkin, SU! is having a flash sale to get new people to try the monthly craft box.
If you would like to give it a try, it is only $5 for the first month but it is a limited offer and will start on Monday, October 8 and end when the limited number are subscribed or October 10th.
You will need to use the promo code: FLASH1018
You can click on the crab (on the right) to subscribe but not until Monday!

The hostess code for on line orders this month is
FR9QNYXY

Thank you!

Hello Fall

Happy October!
Where did September go?
Did yours disappear as quickly as mine did?

This is a very quick and easy card that can be used as a Thank you or a birthday.
The same beautiful script says Have a Beautiful Birthday.
I will have both at the Stamp Along so you can choose.

This cute Halloween card will be back again so you have a chance to make another one or two of them or, if you didn't make one last month, you can make one this time.
It is a z fold card so the second view shows the inside.

Even though Thanksgiving isn't a big card sending holiday, i do have a few selections that would work for that day or anytime that you want to let someone know that you are thankful for them and all they do.

This is one that is made with a set that I wasn't going to get but someone talked me into it.
Yes, it was because of one of the swaps that I had at the last Stamp Along!
I have to admit that I am glad that I did get it. I am very pleased with the way this one turned out!
I have already tied the tiny bows for you if you choose to make this one.

I hope to bring some of my retired items for sale to the Stamp Along next Monday.
If there is something that you know that I have that you want, send me a message so I bring it along.

The hostess code for on line orders this month is
FR9QNYXY
There are several items on sale THIS WEEK (October 1 to 7) Check it out by clicking on the crab to go to my website and click on World Card Making Day.
These are regular items from the catalog but they have to be ordered before the SA.
While you are checking that, take a look at the clearance rack. Some nice deals there also!
If your order is more than $150, do not use the code so that you will be able to claim the hostess rewards for yourself.
Thank you!
