Even though Christmas is still a ways off, we need to start our cards, if we haven't already.
I do know some people that have theirs all ready to go in the mail already.
I don't even have an idea for my own yet!
I am a do it in December person.
When do you do your cards? Do you have yours all ready to go?
I always have to wait because I am afraid that a better idea might come along.
I also like to send them at the last minute. I don't want anyone sending me a card because they got one from me.
Here are a few that will be at the Stamp Along next Monday. October 10.
This one uses the cookie cutter punch and is from the set that bundles with the punch for the 10% savings. The ones that were on the last post are from the add on set for Halloween. I am sure that you will be seeing more of these next month but that punch is going to be busy enough with these for this month. These little gingerbread cookies, still on the cookie sheet, can be an Anniversary card just as easily as a Christmas card. My cookie sheet is made from the brushed silver card stock that we used to carry. We now have the silver foil but I am determined to use some of my stash before it makes me move out. I hope you don't mind.
This one is also using the discontinued brushed card stock. This time the copper. I really liked that card stock which is the reason that I still have some. I haven't used much of the discontinued items in the past but have recently decided to share them with you rather than let them take up space here.
Isn't that pine cone neat?
I like the black board technique for the angel also. I wasn't looking forward to coloring her so this is the perfect solution.
This one is just in the "cute" category.
Thanks for stopping by.
The hostess code this month (until the Stamp Along) is
EFJYQTMP
if you are placing an on line order.
Thank you!
I am all about getting a head start on holiday cards, so thanks for kicking it off! Margaret B :)
