Masks or stencils?

Yes, I know it isn't Halloween and that is the time of the year we think of masks.
Actually, i think of these as stencils.
They are on page 205 in the Annual SU! Catalog this year.
They make awesome backgrounds by just laying them on the card stock and sponging over them but, for this card, after making a set of Tangelo Twist dots, I moved the mask over and made another set of them using Hello Honey. One more move and using the Lost Lagoon ink I got this very bright background. Then I used the On Film thinlit on the layer piece and put that cute? cat in the frame.
The inside of the card has the saying that goes with the cat.

If you were at the April Stamp Along, you might have made this one.
What do you think of the background? I hope that you will give it a try.
