There is a new set that is available for a limited time!

More Stamp Along cards

Need a baby card? This one is very cute...all babies need a mobile!

You will have lots of choices for the color of your ducks! I have LOTS of DSP scraps. 

The other card shown on the left is a shaker card. So easy to make with the new dimensional strips. 

This one also uses the flower builder punch. One of the cards I showed you in the last post also used that punch. The background was made with the new texture stamps.

Some of the elements on these two cards are from my stash. Too good to throw out so I designed these cards around them. I hope you like them well enough to use up all of the elements.

The Monster card was well liked last time so it is back in a different color! The color of the month is Dapper Denim. The Emerald Envy one will be back also so you can choose either one. Or both!

Swirly Bird cards

The Swirly Birds set has become a favorite of mine. 

I wasn't sure about it when I first saw it in the catalog but there is just so much that can be done with it that I just keep wanting to use it. 

These are the four cards that I had entered into the contest this time. 

There were several entries this time and I was not the winner. 

These are the insides of the above cards. 

One is a pop up and one is a box in a card. 

If you would like to make these cards, I would be glad to do a private class with you and a few friends. Let me know and we can work out a time for your class. You could even earn your class or some product free.

I wasn't very excited about this set but the more I work with it the better I like it. One of these MIGHT show up at the Stamp Along.

Water color classes and Stamp Along cards

Earlier this spring I took a few watercolor classes at the Senior Center. 

It was fun because I went with friends both times. 

It was supposed to be relaxing but I was more stressed than relaxed. 

The second time was a little less stressful than the first. 

I can imagine it is the same for you coming to the Stamp Along.

The first couple of times of doing anything new is an adjustment. 

We didn't have a choice of the subject matter. The picture was given to us and we traced it onto the watercolor paper. I did learn a lot about the blending of the colors and a few techniques to use with watercolor. I wish I could have gone to a few more of the classes but my schedule didn't allow for that. I would have enjoyed doing the one of the flower, I think. 

What do you think? Is there any improvement in the second one? LOL 

It was certainly more detailed than the first. Both of them took the entire class time to finish. 

Had there been more time, I would have used it. Maybe it is good that I had to quit when I did. 

I enjoy using the aqua painters on cards. That is all the watercolor I need for now.

We have this set of topiaries and vertical greetings. 

This one uses a few punches and a masking technique.

These five darling note cards are available to you in a class on Wednesday, July 6, 2016 at Schroeder's Department Store at 12:30. 

It is free with a $45 order or $15 without an order.
The class uses theThoughtful Banners set on page 73 and the matching banner punch. The papers are from the Pop of Pink pack on page 172.
If you would like this class but can't come, I can put it in the mail for you or you could pick it up. The pieces are all included but you would need to do the stamping yourself as per SU! policy. 

It includes the five note cards and all of the materials to make them into the cheerful little greetings they are here. Can you imagine the joy one of them would bring to one of your friends that could use a little cheer?
