Winner of Blog Candy and return of Swallowtail

Today is the 30th os September and I did my drawing from the comments on my blog since the LNS Treasure Hunt started. I did two drawings so these are the lucky winners. Send me your snail address so I can send your "candy" to you.
Hi Carolee. Great blog and great clue for the LNS Treasure Hunt Blog hop. Your card was beautiful and I love how you used the mask. Thanks so much for sharing and playing along in the hop. Enjoy!
and...
What a fun hop and your card is beautiful. Sponges aren't just for cleaning! LOL
I will be doing another blog candy drawing at the end of the LNS Treasure Hunt from all the comments left on my blog between now and the end of the Hunt.

It has been awhile since I have done something with the beautiful Swallowtail.
This one is three dimensional and done with the Labels Collection of the framelits.
It is another one of the cards that will be at the Stamp Along on the 14th of October.

Partial Swallowtail

Another Swallowtail?
Yes, I love this stamp!

When I saw this card on Ann Schach's blog, I knew that  I wanted to do a similar one.

This is what I came up with and will be offered at the Stamp Along at Festival on Thursday.

These are some of the other cards that will be available at the coming Stamp Along.
The one in front with the anchor was inspired by Diana Gibbs.
Which five will you choose to make?

Swallowtail returns with others

Of course, the Swallowtail is back! Have you noticed that there has been a different Swallowtail card at each and every Stamp Along since January?
This stamp is so versatile!
It works with so many techniques and is good for so many occasions!
The fourth of July is coming soon so there is  Patriotic flavor to the card on the left.
Which of these cards do you plan to make?

Quatrefancy Specialty Paper with Secret Garden

This card has a scene on the inside that shows through the window on the front.
What do you think the technique is on the inside?

Leave a comment on this post for one free card at the Monday Stamp Along at the Lester Library.
Hope to see you there!

Guy cards and Swallowtail

Three of the cards that will be available for you to choose at the Stamp Along on Thursday.
Yes, the Swallowtail will be there again! I love that stamp!
You can't see it very because it is only showing a bit from the inside of the card on the left.
It is a bit dark in the picture but it is there.
Hope you can make it to Festival in Manitowoc
on Thursday the 30th
between 1:00 and 5:00 to make these.

This is the card we made at the workshop I did today and they loved it.
Wouldn't you like to get two for the work of one?
It is the spotlight technique and is done with three of the same image.
If you are interested in learning this technique let me know.
I plan to do some technique classes this summer at the Manitowoc Market.
